Clear references are needed (I can make small changes to an already existing design but I won't design new characters).

Commissions usually take 1 to 4 weeks to complete, starting once the payment is done.

You will get a 4k PNG file.

I retain all the rights over the commissioned piece, meaning I'm allowed to post it on social media and use it to promote myself.

If you wish to cancel your order or want a refund, you will have to pay for the work done (including PayPal fees) and will receive the piece as it is.

The client is purchasing a digital/non tangible product meaning they'll receive a .PNG file and no physical object will be ever delivered to them.

Once they approve the sketch, I’ll start working on the final piece until it’s finished.

When it’s done, I’ll share the completed artwork with the client asking for feedback. Only minor adjustments can be made at this stage.

If everything is okay, I’ll send the client the high-res files via email.
